We’re a bit obsessive about quality at Gift, which is why our donors and supporters come first.
That means listening to them every step of the way, taking on board their feedback, answering their questions and building a lasting relationship with them on the street and through our welcome calls. Our staff also pass out feedback cards to every single person they talk to, and we have a dedicated telephone line and email so those that want to can get in touch whenever they like.
