The Fundraisers
The most important resource available to any charity involved in face to face fundraising are your Fundraisers. The more motivated, the more knowledgeable and the more enthusiastic the Fundraisers are, the more successful the campaign, both in terms of recruitment and subsequent attrition.
Our Fundraisers are not paid commission leaving them free to fundraise with integrity and transparency. All of our Fundraisers are full time and take their work seriously.
We don’t use temporary teams and we only have fundraisers from the local area. This helps us to attract staff that are keen to make a difference to the world and not just their bank balance.
